  1. I wanted to ask what rules you use for the Crossbannlist duels because I would like to play the format on Edo Pro myself. Or could you show what settings you have in the next Crossbannlist video?

  2. baby rulers being in the old bracket. modern yugioh is just wrong, man. it's gone too far. drulers were the end of classic yugioh. that's the cutoff. right there. that's it. baby rulers in the top bracket is just ridiculous. not on lithium's part, but on the part of how "herp derp otk handshake turn 1" this game has gotten.

  3. Sadly, even Chaos wouldn't stand a chance for the most part against Baby Rulers, since the GY is like their second hand. We all know that Chaos can get very sacky and get wins (that's how they won last time), but the numbers didn't lie this time.

It doesn't mean that Chaos should be underestimated, since they're still on the losers bracket. They could get their revenge.

  4. Man I miss rulers. I hope we get them all off the list soon assuming they give us some more extra deck boss monsters to make with them. Super rejuv and that crazy grind game would be so healthy nowadays compared to the 30 minute turn combo decks and floodgate stun shenanigans

  5. In the first game, if you used magical scientist effect before CED, wouldn't you be able to deal the ammount of damage needed to win or am I missing something?

  6. I decided to test the hypothesis that modern yugioh is just rps by counting number of wins by the deck going second. Unfortunately I wasn't systematical enough, so I've lost two matches from each of the brackets. That said number of such victories after the group stage is for older bracket has been around 25, and around 37 for the newer bracket. I won't jump to conclusion because it's just the group stage and it's possible that older decks were just more evenly matched, but so far it seems that going first is much more important for the old decks, it's just that games last longer so people forget who started the duel.

  7. Wow, that Sinister Serpent interaction damn near took the whole match for Chaos, that was crazy. Anyone else annoyed by the constant fruitless activations of LADD on EVERY card activation haha.

Good win for DRulers against Chaos, a deck that traditionally giant kills. Chaos should never use CED unless it's for game, because they would obviously be basically completely screwed after that. If both decks only have resources in the GY, Chaos can pack it up.

That EEV was devastating. That's an insanely good card against chaos which pretty much entirely relies on their powerful normal, non chainable spells.

Next matchup should be a walkover for Adamancipator. They may well be the strongest deck of all time except for Tearlaments, with an incredible ability to play through nearly everything and set up untouchable boards.
