Does anyone remember Heavy and Meatz wheels also.
Great work Tom, killer content
Fantastic job 🐶
England was dope!! I really loved those hoodies and pants.
Bringing back a lot of memories especially the FR stuff, me being a New Yorker, wish I could find some of these brands shirts
I can’t with the “Riviera” pronunciations 😂
I used to get Pleasure Tools wheels. They had merch that all the groms in ‘95-‘96 videos would wear
Never knew that backstory about Cozmo wheels they were good i had a purple set of Cozmo wheels and yes they lasted for ever.
Puberty and anglo
Had the orange kryptonics on my daytonas. Didn't have any england stuff but did go to the razors England jam at PlayStation. Great video as always
Runners Project, England, and Mindgame. My Runners Project skate bag was amazing.
Thanks a lot Professor! I really liked the Pawn gloves, I wish they make an improved comeback! I always thought they would be a much better option to wristguards. I hate the wristguards, so uncomfartable.
No they werent. But the skating from the 90s is the best. Nowadays people do tippy tappy shit and it looks gay as hell. But all the brands now keep reviving these 20+ year old boots from the 90s. This "living in the past" of rollerblading is a problem for the skates, but the old school skating is MUCH better than the tippy tappy shit everyone does now.
You’re speaking to my 16 year old self! A trip down memory lane. Thanks dude! I remember having a pair of Senate boxers and a USD beanie that I loved so much – def what I wore when going to ride at Mike Scott’s skatepark in St George Utah 🥲😅
I always skated Kryptonics when I was a kid, the Stones on the outside and the Pebbles in the middle. My friend Steven had all the England gear back in tha day . I was jealous for sure . Lol
Had products from nearly all them company's my og fiction beanie also got nicked from work only last year was well gutted and my pawn gloves where awesome
Puberty was a brand we all wore in uk bitd
In 1995-96 I had a navy blue Fiction shirt, Senate jeans and the CDS Detroit heal and soul plates. I definitely had Scribe grind plates and a chain wallet as well
Do another of these. There’s so much more to cover. A more in depth international brand one? Artysm – OUT – Crazy Roller France / shifty – puberty etc UK
I bladed the NYC streets in the 90s. It was not uncommon to see rival crews rolling around town from spot to spot
Proper enjoyed that, back to your best with the metaphors! The pawn gloves section was incredible. I want some now.
Good flashback fella. I remember ringing around a bunch of UK skate shops to acquire a white/grey camouflage Hangers pullover jacket. Back in those days I’d be posting off cheques written out by my parents to shops in the US to have them ship me 50/50 frames and juice kits to the UK, some of which I still have today. Great days
I was young enough back then that I can only vaguely remember more than a few of the brands. Fifty/50, Senate and weirdly Pawn I remember the most. So this helped me remember stuff! Lol
Thanks for the awesome video!
Cozmo was the best but where are SCR Super Computer Robot, Timezone and Lazzy Legs?
Had some 976 cargo pants… they were dope.
Hangers and puberty!?
Kryptonics were terrible. Had 2 sets that cored immediately and had to bin them.
What about Late clothing brand and jelly jeans. Just remember them from the 90’s aggressive skating. Nice video though. Brought back good memories, oh and harbinger knee pads
I rocked the Senate Superstar backback with hidden skate straps . I love it
