  4. There is a thread on the wilds subreddit (/r/mhwilds) going over stuff shown at NYCC.

    1. Pop-up camps are customizable in appearance. Their exterior can be customized with different patterns and what not. Pop-up camps have gadgets that are kept outside that you can interact with (chairs you can sit down in, a grill that will produce well-done steaks after some period of time)

    2. Uth-Duna armor and weapons are inspired by a Polynesian aesthetic. The weapons they showed off were absolutely gorgeous.

    3. Wud Wuds have different animations / jobs depending on weather and time of day. A wud wud was shown gorging on honey during the bountiful period.

    4. They showed of a special version of the extended kut trailer with some new gameplay. Kut-ku is now a pack style monster similar to doshuguma.

    5. Congalala will also have conga fighting alongside him at times.

    6. Rathian was shown. She roared and interrupted a hunter in what I presume to be an egg quest.

    7. Trailer ended with an elephant trumpet and they mentioned to tune in on the special presentation during the 23rd.

  14. Goodbye 120fps…hello stutter even with 60fps caus of background loading. Im certain…even with my 4080gtx, this wont run smooth. Will there be a difference between medium and high in fps? Nope, caus even the trailers shot on high end machines…stutter worse than 4k games on consoles…

  16. I recall someone in the Wilds subreddit saying that they were attending the NYCC panel and saw an alternate, extended version of the Extended Kut trailer with an ELEPHANT ROAR at the very end! The panel team after that said to make sure to tune into the showcase coming up! THAT HAS ME HYPEDDDDD!!!!!!

    EDIT: As of making this edit four hours later, it looks like the Reddit post got taken down!! I THINK IT MIGHT ACTUALLY BE TRUE!!!!!!!!!

  26. I don’t think there is any game that can come close to a new flagship monster hunter game. I’m beyond hyped since I had soooo much fun with world and ice borne and I’m so happy they went with the same visuals as world.
