  1. Dude I've looked everywhere for a planet that has gold antimony silver and copper on it, they just don't exist. If I had that I could bang out semimetal wafers in one spot and go crazy with late-game crafting. That whole transport system is so wonky that it crashes might game so I need to find a way to cut down on those

  2. thanks for the video! very helpful and got to learn how to say some of these elusive exotic materials. glad you made it fun.
    i needed this video of yours to help locate future outpost locations as i venture out. since i've unlocked more of the planet scanning or surveying skills you can go back to other planets to get the other higher tiered resources located (like you said around 21:43) so it certainly helps later on for outposts and where to try and optimize the extractors. gold star for you my friend

  3. Subbed because you're the only one that take steps to find out how to say a word properly right on the vid. Most people just goes I don't know how to say this, forgive me, I apologize which doesn't do anything to help anyone. Keep it up bro!

  4. Great vid man!! Learned a lot about how to look for the resources. Where I suck is setting up the production of it all, would really like if you did a vid on this. Would be MOST helpful!! Thanks again! Ciao

  5. Note: Your vanilla scanning of planets won’t reveal this detail of resources. You have to unlock the and develop the ability to perform detailed scans that show where all these resources are. Vanilla you can typically see 2-3 resources on the planet surface and it’s not very detailed. When you unlock the skill and upgrade you’ll get more detail like you see at 3:18. Just FYI. I spen hours trying to find perfect locations to mine multiple resources. Unlock and upgrade the skill and the process gets much easier.

  6. Kreet is a good location as well i know off top of my head you can get Lead, Silver, and cant remember what else but there are like 6-8 resources on it and it doesn't require any planetary habitat perk ranks. (Where you kill the Crimson Fleet Captain during the Prologue.

  7. Good video. In the video description, you could have added the planet names besides the timestamps. When I come back for one specific planet, I have to check all 10 planets again to find the one I was looking for.

  8. First time i found Grimsey it was nuts, on that planet you dont even need to put an outpost, you just farm the minerals by hand, they are so dense, you regularly ran out of cutter power. I had hundreds of minerals within couple minutes literally. Though it is not even across all.

  9. Thanks good vid!
    BUT, the maps are IDENTICAL for each player so it would be helpful to see both blue (topo with height dots) map and a look-around of the surrounding.
    I've managed to land in exactly the same spot of a video, and one from reddit;
    1. The planet resource map, you need to be spot on which is doable. (no need for extra levels)
    2. The video should show a walk from the ship to the spot, so you can reference landmarks (not POI because those differ per person)
    3. the blue topo map.
    (Imagine if you could send your crew to find a spot)

  10. I have just spent the last 4 hours on LUNNAUS IV-B trying to find a place that has all the resources and the most Ive been able to find is 4 =( i have looked everywhere on the resource planet map and I have been unable to to find alkanes or ytterbium anywhere on the map so i have just been randomly jumping from one place to the next to the next and this is the most inefficient way to do this. There has to be an easier way to find all 8 pf the resources than just randomly throwing spaghetti at the wall here. My planet looks different that this one and the helium and iron isnt so close together. Why is the alkanes or ytterbium not showing up?
