I kind of agree about the every champ should have mana but Zed for example would be OP if he had mana instead of energy i think. the only thing that prevents you from just keeping going in a teamfight forever is cause you run out of energy after 2 combos. if you had a manapool, you could just keep going till your entire manapool is depleted. But it would be weaker in laning phase cause no infinite harass i guess.
But there should absolutely be NO champ that has just nothing as resource.
