Those packages might have been opened by customs on either origin or destination. In some countries they open packages they suspect might have drugs. That or they were seeing if there was anything valuable to steal

According to bricklink, the blue and the green timeblades are the cheapest at about 1 $.
Some of us still think it's awesome when you get Harry Potter and series figs, and you're able to identify them and say something about them. Don't call them "meh". Your videos tend to get meh and boring if it's all about Star Wars and Ninjago. Anyway, good stuff man.
