  1. I will keep asking this until I get a proper answer: How do you deal with thoughts that make sense? It's not simply feeling anxious and exposing myself to the feeling. It's acting against thoughts that either make sense or that I can't remember. Feelings mean nothing to me. It's always about the thoughts that make sense. This is where my experience with OCD doesn't fit in with what's always talked about.

  2. This does not work. When I tried ERP and I faced with psychopaths and sociopaths (hysterical demanding people at work), my rumination did not go away – and it turned into trauma, triggers and flashbacks.

  3. I have autism too.. Im sooo confused, many of the OCD traits are quite similar to autism but they are different. Many have comorbidity. It’s just confusing and a mess. Any info on it will be helpful and appreciated.
