My two tips. First when ever you do a boat tour always take the biggest boat the ride is less bumpy. But many people take those small boats because they are cheap tours. Second when you are starting to feel sick put your head between your legs and both hands on your temple to get your human balance mechanism back balance. Sit in the middle of the boat or car and focus on one spot on the boat this helps alot
