This Is What Zahi Hawas Was Hiding About Ancient Egypt

Welcome Back To Ancient History,
Zahi Hawass doesn’t like what he’s seeing. Clad in his familiar denim safari suit and wide-brimmed bush hat, the famed archaeologist is standing inside the burial vault of the Step Pyramid of Djoser, a six-tiered, lopsided mound of limestone blocks constructed nearly 5,000 years ago. The huge, gloomy space is filled with scaffolding. A restoration and conservation project, at Saqqara outside Cairo, initiated by Hawass in 2002, has been shoring up the sagging ceiling and walls and staving off collapse. But the February 2011 revolution that toppled Hosni Mubarak—and also ended Hawass’ controversial reign as the supreme chief of all Egypt’s antiquities—is now threatening to unravel Hawass’ legacy as well. With tourists nearly gone, funds dried up and the Ministry of Antiquities leadership reshuffled several times in the past two years, preservation work on the pyramid has ground to a near halt. Discover how the legacy of Zahi Hawass intertwines with the mysteries of Ancient Egypt, and how his work has shaped our perception of this ancient civilization. In this video, We are discussing This Is What Zahi Hawas Was Hiding About Ancient Egypt

  1. Still not seen solid proof that this man isn’t being bad listed through being all for his countries heritage and history and his stand against the many crackpots and conspiracy theorists and all who are trying to make money and a name on these mysteries that have always captivated the public. If he is all for himself and his over grown ego then it’s no less than most who are trying by other means to do the same I’m not saying I condone his methods but there’s a lot of this kind of thing happening in Egypt most by people who are not Egyptian nationals I may add. If Hawas is all they claim then he isn’t the only one and why things and Egypt remains the state it is he sadly won’t be the last . Knowledge is power. We need to know about our past . Believe me by knowing the ancient Egyptian past will help and set mankind up for the future.

  3. This man refuses to believe that the Egyptians may have had help in building the pyramids. Meanwhile, there's evidence that proves that building such objects were totally beyond their capabilities. They only used bronze and stone to cut. Rock (granite) was brought in over 500 miles away. Over 20 years to build (at least). Such precision in this build that would be virtually impossible back then, even with today's machines it would be a major task. Secret chambers. Drawings and writings showing very questionable things. Furthermore, other cultures around the world built extremely similar stuctures. These cultures never knew or interacted with eachother. How can this be? Why would any one culture, nevermind multiple cultures, go to such great lengths to build such complexity? The Egyptian people may have be smart, but, to be such great mathetians so far ahead of their time…not a chance without a superior race guiding them or helping them in some manner. I never believed growing up, I certainly don't believe it now.
