I'd just like to point out that Bungie has purposefully omitted Strand PvP gameplay from all promo footage. They did that with Stasis in Beyond Light trailers and it quickly blew up in their faces when we got our hands on it. If they showed ANY amount of PvP gameplay with Strand, everyone would start freaking out about it.
Either that or they were unable to capture live Strand PvP gameplay that wasn't riddled with network-related animation jank.

Being honest strand in pvp at first will not work but just like stasis they will probably give a small time limit to how long it lasts and how much damage it does or simply make strand a neptune only thing which would be interesting
