It contains the phone lines and the cable companies cables. Sometimes water gets in or sometimes someone from one of the companies comes to check things or to hook up (or unhook) a new customer, and your service gets wonky.
If one seels their property at fair market value, then immediatly purchases back the property presumably for fair market value, wouldnt ones capitol gain be zero?
