The bear wasn’t doing anything horrendous, it was just eating, which is what all animals need to do. These kids wanted to tease it and they kind of got what they deserve. When you see a giant grizzly, if you’re smart, you don’t try to get as close to it as you can because this is the consequence if you don’t manage to be quick enough to get away which you won’t be when he decides to chase you.
