  1. One of my main issues with NetEase is that they try to introduce too many things at once. They recently introduced AI Nanocores, Awakening Iron Rain, Awakened Land, Faction Conflict, and resurrected Navigator Program all at the same time.

    I would rather they added a new feature each month, and then spent the rest of the month tweaking, polishing, and adding QoL changes. There are literally dozens of minor things that they could change that would make this game more playable. And the huge number of Chinese characters translation and grammatical errors (22th of March?!) just tells me that they don't care about you if you're not Chinese.

Well, that’s better than what I experience I got it on my vendy for kicks and giggles and it flat out doesn’t work says no data when I activate it and it keeps changing my skin, I’ve used to re-skin token and it changes it back next time I login also very annoying. But I agree I want my money back and I want them to focus on something else I just feel like they’re wasting everybody’s time but I do really love this game

  3. It's amazing, absolutely amazing!!! I was wondering how the new ai core supposed to work with all ships, different set up and different style.
    In my mind i thought something like a new panel with simple switch to set up the automatic things: warp at? Start to shoot with? When start to use repairs? When run out the anoms?
    And i thought there was an immunity about ewar in case of emergency. There are core can give you this immunity, so where is the problem.
    And because is behind $$$ for me it's ok, you spend money you get the honey.
    50% the income? It's ok… You can leave the phone on all night long…
    But this implementation it's… Unbelievable!!!
    Seems they didn't test it at all!!!

  4. Hello Benzie, my captain! I remain excited about EE despite these disastrous developments. I hope you keep making videos about the game. And I hope that NetEase starts bringing new content and good news to players. NetEase has already put enough expensive options to make more money.

    I've tried playing EO several times over the years of the game's existence. But it takes a lot of time and dedication and I don't have that time and I end up playing. Every year I play a little bit. 🙂

  5. They really have no idea how their game works. How did they even get this far is beyond me. They had such a beautiful start and now they can't even implement anything. Lol it's like a sad hilarious comedy from netease at this point

  6. Best suggestion: just quit Echoes and continue on Online version

    Don’t get me wrong: I love both Eve Online and Eve Echoes, but its just a dumbfuck decision to just play Echoes: a game which it’s prequel is 20+ years and still standing, had no absolute reason to get so much complaints.

    I’ll just do a few direct comparisons on what they improved from Eve Online:

    – delivery system (you have to pickup in Online, or you’ll need to use contact which is not newbie friendly at all)
    – Market order accessibility (for Online, you only can purchase within a region only, whereas Echoes allows systemwide purchase)
    – easier fitting (for Online you need to calculate CPU usage as well)

    I may missed a few points but you get my point: they have a few QOL improvements from Online

    But what about why not to play Echoes?

    – stupid tech levels
    – extremely boring rinse-and-repeat combat missions
    – “Oh exploration capitals are a great idea!” Shitty exploration system intensifies
    – Nan…WTF ARE CORES
    – Getting implants require you to fight some anomaly shit, which is accessible from T7…but enemies are T10…?….base-

    Just a quick summary: just fking quit Echoes, they just want to ditch the game, and we’d be much better off playing the Online version

There are so many little bugs they could put time into that would make the quality of life in this game, so much more worth while….. meh – put in content – salvaging system – MTU – ammunition – EO has already blazed the path on what is wanted by the players – makes me wonder if the content decision board is more of a dart board in the breakroom…

  8. I am sorry to say benzie, that I am one of those jerks that purchased AI to test it out for my corp. It made sense because I have a lot to do on a day to day bases and this (or at least the idea was) auto pilot would help me keep up with those who have more free time to play…
    Boy is the AI bad. It's worse than this post makes it sound. My AI would apply webs to battleships or quite literally just not use e-war, while trying to target frigates at 4 km with large pulse lasers … on top of that it constantly turns off my armor rep in the middle of combat, not just between waves. I have had to add a second armor rep and second hardener to make up for the times it's not running.
    I have said to my corp It's less an auto pilot and more of a co-pilot… that you are constantly having to manually correct. It's literally only good for auto warping to the next encounter… except it's not. If you have 5 encounters in your system and 5 in the next system over, it will warp/jump back and forth between the two systems never doing two encounters in the same system in a row…
    It's beyond terrible.

  9. It actually says that it's meant to work by activating all modules. So that's how it's meant to work, unfortunately it doesn't… it keeps turning them off as well. What I think would've been easiest to program and also would work, is to let it just use the auto target button that is already in the game, and then sure activate everything (cause we're making it easy now, not optimizing.) And NEVER turn off your tank. Then let it auto attack next target (as was already in the game as well). Bonus points: let you set a warp in point.

  10. When you say no one asked for this, that is a misnomer. Someone asked for this feature, namely the game designers. The problem that this solves is quite obvious, it isn't looking to "fix" monotonous pve, that is just spin. They have been banning "bot" accounts with great zeal for the last 2+ years, but then had the sudden realization that instead of banning them, lets monetize the bot accounts.
