This Digimon Fan Game is NUTS! | Digital Tamers Reborn Showcase!

Digital Tamers Reborn is downright insane with the amount of features it has. This Raising and Battling game definitely deserves more videos on this channel 😉

  1. This game is nuts. Its like digimon world championship but better. Every currency there matters but you have to search online for evolution guides because its so many of evolution paths hot damn.

  2. I think now you more enjoy tamagochi like game. Good think to know even though the problem with that type of game sometime the AI was suck and you don't have much Command or Customization.

  3. This game takes a lot of assets from Digimon World Championship on the DS. Including the hunting features in the digital world, that's lifted almost directly from it. Not a huge deal, but just thought I'd point it out since Ed liked the spritework.

"The word "Jogress" (sometimes spelled "Jogres") is a portmanteau of the English words "joint" and "progress", as in the two Digimon who undergo this evolution can be described as getting stronger (progressing) together (jointly)."

  5. Luckily you managed to figure out how to not waste meat, to access to digipedia and to use the shop, so I have no other advice. I will say though, because the pills make Digimon sick over time, it means you'll have to save bits for both pills and injections which can be a waste of money. That said, I look forward to ep2.

  6. Aww, you started out with a Gummymon. I ended up getting the tamagotchi 20th anniversary edition for Christmas and but tried so hard to get to ultimate. For Omnimon though, I have Wargreymon but needed to exchange a Digimon to get the other one from someone.

  7. I'd honestly like this game so much more if all of the Digimon were equal in their respective forms. What I mean by that is basically to do certain things further along in the game, you need some very specific Digimon that have a certain way of attacking. All Megas are not created equal, so some- if not many- of your favorites aren't going to be meta. And yes, the community does have Digimon they consider meta, so I'm using the term accurately.

Not to mention you have to do SO much money grinding to get the training boosters just so you can grind for the right stats. It wouldn't be so bad if the fights weren't so boring. When you get far enough, it just turns in a huge time waster because there is no way to automate lots of battles in the background. It's basically a game that tries to be an idle game and a grind fest, yet fails at doing both in a way that makes it fun.

The sheer amount of Digimon is great, though, and some of the fairer challenges feel great to beat. Unlocking stuff is fun too. This game has potential to be great, but it's just not there yet. It tries to be too much of two completely different types of games and it really brings it down, in my opinion. Kudos to the developer though, and to anyone that enjoys this game more than I do.

  8. Some advice I learned through playing, it’s better to increase either attack/health or defense/special atk at a time, so you don’t have to constantly increase attack for example just to lose it when you increase defense. You won’t be able to win high level battles but the progress will be much faster
