Wild animals are usually fearful of humans and will try to stay out of their way for their own safety. But every now and then, something amazing can happen, and one of these usually wild animals will ask for help when they find themselves stuck in a bad situation. Much like this wolf did. I loved this story. I could listen over and over. I am 62 and love animals. I have had cats all my life. Felines are fascinating to me, but wolves have always had a special place in my heart. It was always on my bucket list to observe them in person, they are incredible, their families, politics, just their beauty. Animals are so pure of heart to me. This was just a wonderful story.💕🤗🐾

I hate to be a debbie downer but here goes. If there were only 2 toes in the trap the wolf would have chewed them off to get away. Especially when her maternal instinct was so high. A squirrel in my yard accidently got trapped in a bird feeder and chewed his toes off to get away.
