  1. Great video Isaac & Nathan enjoyed the ability to go take a closer look through your lens -glad you’re checking things out first before any decisions
I noticed there quite the variety of roof top tents available
I liked your idea of base model but after seeing your cabinet making from your bus building days I think you’re better to go basic and then build in your details with your ideas would be fun to see you building some smaller scale details then it wouldn’t be so tiring or dragging time out -as winter rainier season approaches
glad you have a shop and storage bay for off season stuff to work on
    Epic stuff
I noticed the hiatus roof top look cool and worth it too adding your build touches into it to make it unique from everyone else’s-can’t wait to follow your vids ahead 🎉❤😊

  2. We had a big ol cab over in the earl 70's. It extended past the sides of the truck. The Truck was a special camper edition. My parents and my brother and I traveled a lot in it. I know it is not as much room as the bus, but it is a different type of adventure. You won't be living in it, you will be camping in it. Pretty freaking amazing how they are now. So many options. I didn't see an option for a connecting window to the truck. I wonder is that is something you could have custom designed. It would be very useful. Looking forward to seeing what you decide. Thanks for the tag along, pretty cool.

  3. Thanks for the camper tour. All of them have pros and cons to think about. That canopy system was nice. Gave you a lot of shade area right beside and covering over the door to protect from wet weather. I was wondering if the canopy system came with side panels. This would give you an outside room as there isn’t much walking space inside.

  4. I really think you should have a look at the overlanding camp trailers! I just feel it would be so much easier than toting a camper around on the back of the truck. Plus you can park the trailer once you get out where you are going. then the truck is open to go out exploring.

  5. Isaac, Save your money. Times are hard, & with World War 3 looming, things could get a whole lot tougher. I don't believe any of those campers would adequately take care of 3 people, especially when Ember gets 3 or 4 more years older. Maybe you need to consider slowing down on the spending spree, however, it's not my business, but I love the 3 of you, & have watched your videos for a long time now, & I just can't see the 3 of you jammed up together in one of those tiny campers. Stay well & be safe. 😊❤

  6. I'd say just use the peer/truck topper first to see what you really need. I went the same route for 6 months before getting an ovrlnd camper. The dust and water thing is really not a issue and lots of people use the rubber tailgate cover. I stopped having dust coming. Coming from a bus, you are going to realize you lost lots of space. When you have all your gear in the back of the truck, it will be very tight. My truck was getting 22/23 and even the 400 to 500 lbs camper with fully loaded gear drops the mileage to 15mpg which I'm happy with. For the Indra, expect 8-10mpg bc it's a v8. Also, the project M/pop up option is better imo bc you can certainly build it as well as the slide in but lose 500lbs in weight. Weight should not be underestimated! Even with 400-500lbs extra you need upgraded heavy duty leaf springs and beef up shocks.

  7. Isaac always seeks out the experts and gets all the answers to his questions before he spends a dime or his time.! that's why he's where he's at today, and just on the oft hand that some else may be interested in the same interests, he shares the things he learned along his journey so others can benefit, selfishness is not in his vocabulary, and that's a good trait for anyone have.

  8. A lot of questions being asked that people need to think of before buying then finding out that it is not the right one for them well done isaac. It would be nice if you could get a trial of your favorite one and try it with family and then decide or go for a used one that has been tried and tested. I wonder if some of that companies take older ones back in part exchange on newer models then that way you could get some come back if too many faults which if you bought privately you have bought it sold as seen

  9. Being that you built out the busses, did you look into the quality of what they used in materials. Also if down the road you change your mind what type of a loss will you take on selling it. Is there a market for these type of things. Just somethings to think about since money is hard to come by these days. Take care and Love y'all.

  10. Issac you seem so happy and relaxed doing what you love. House stuff is not your jam and it show. Interviewing people is something you do well. Always enjoy your bus tours, this tour you just did, i could see you interviewing other music artists and their stories. Go back watch your house tours verses the tour you did today. There is a definite deference .in your tone and relaxed manner. Yes you have a home base but for your channel i think people watch it more when they see you happy and relaxed.

  11. As someone who has owned a few different Toyotas, I would love to see you get your hands on an old Toyota dolphin RV and deck it out… Even though you're trying to get away from the build outs

  13. Really enjoyed the journey through all the campers. Definitely a lot of options to consider. And also consider still using your truck like a truck. Not sure what your truck would do with a camper and a trailer behind it. Just a thought??
