  1. I grew up as a hunter on a large farm in Pennsylvania. I lost the urge to hunt at about 17 years of age. I couldn’t kill an animal any longer: any animal. To hunt and kill a vulnerable animal trying to gain strength in the Springtime for the year ahead is cruel in my eyes. It goes against some kind of natural cycle and is an offense to life and nature. I am also a combat wounded veteran of 12 years in Norway’s Jaegerkommandoen (Norway’s equivalent of America’s Navy Seal). I am intimately acquainted with violence of the most volatile kind. I have used weapons against enemy combatants and had weapons used against me. I was wounded by a cowardly sniper’s bullet in Serbia in 1992. There is such a thing as violence against an equally prepared enemy but that is the opposite of violence used against someone or something that is not equally prepared and is an innocent victim. I have never used violence against an innocent human being. A so-called “hunter” who would shoot a bear in this vulnerable state for sport is no more than a coward and a bully. If he gets his face eaten it is no less than he deserves. If not hunting for food and survival I suggest hunters going after prey be given a knife and a stick as weapons. Let us see how successfully this hunter would be when trying to take down a bear.

  2. If you think sports is an accomplishment you've achieved nothing except wasting your life. So what are his match scores? Did he get a 4.0 in Chemistry? Can he quote a Shakespearean play? Those are true accomplishments that will get you a job and a real future. Stop promoting kids in sports and get them a future instead.

  4. I'm glad Ali was able to get reconstructive surgery. However, I'm upset of how ignorant & unempathic people can be that he had to hide to avoid being bullied along with his family! This has to do more with moral values & common sense, more than lack of education! What's wrong with these people? 🤨

  5. When you go in to hunt an animal intending to kill it, it has every right to defend itself, and i feel no sympathy for the human it kills or mutilates. By initiating the conflict you have accepted any possible consequences
