The Whitaker Group x New Balance 1906U (Willful Bias) "Sand Dune / Shadow Grey": Review & On-Feet

The Whitaker Group continued their ongoing partnership with New Balance, releasing two pairs of the 1906U under the collection called “Willful Bias”. Today I’m reviewing one of those two pairs – the “Sand Dune / Shadow Grey” colourway which features a neutral palette in a mix of a knitted upper, suede and leather overlays and more. Check out my review to learn more about these!

  1. I like the message, but not really sure in how it is reflected in the colorway or silhouette. Maybe I need education. On a totally different note, I want the teal pair as a Miami Dolphins fan 😅 hope to be able to catch them under retail one day

  2. Grabbed both pairs. The Electric Teal are what got my attention, but in hand the materials on the Sand Dune are great and I probably prefer this pair. Nice review

  3. When I saw the initial leaks of these two, I said I’ll cop sand dune. But final decision was the Elec. Teal, unique and now that I have it in hand it really doesn’t disappoint.

  4. Personally not a fan of this collab, but I generally don‘t like the 1906 as much as the 2002r. That being said, imo the sand dune cw is the better one of the two imo
