Hey any idea why Amazon delayed the release of the book? Says expected January 10th.
There is nothing like a good set of knives. Our main collection is a set of Wusthof my parents bought in Germany over 40 years ago, and they are still perfect. I have been really impressed with Dalstrong knives design over the past few years, and have really wanted to try some out. Congrats on the new set, they are lovely. It's important to have a sharp knife to cut that turkey! Happy Thanksgiving guys, I hope it's wonderful. Slice on!
