After witnessing the death of his parents in a car fire Doug Jones, a priest, visits China on a spiritual journey. There he inherits a mystic power by an artefact that grants him the power to transform into a dinosaur. Initially frightened by his new found power, Carol, a sex worker persuades him to use his power to fight crime and ninjas.
