The Untold Story of Karin Booth & William Fawcett in a Full Length War Movie



“Seminole Uprising” is a Western movie released in 1955. The film is set in the 1830s, during the Second Seminole War in Florida. The story follows a cavalry officer, Captain Lance Caldwell, played by George Montgomery, who is tasked with negotiating a peace treaty with the Seminole Indians. However, Caldwell soon discovers that a group of white settlers is trying to incite a war with the Seminole tribe for their own selfish gain. With the help of a female trader, played by Karin Booth, and a group of Seminole warriors, Caldwell must stop the settlers and prevent a devastating war from breaking out.
