  1. Kalegos is also a talking head in Cataclysm, as when you do the revamped Azshara zone as Horde (well goblins mostly) you meet a goblin called Teemo in Bildgewater Harbour ("Azshara Blues") who sends you on to see her "master" Kalec who's quests here are set shortly after the death of Malygos. This mostly involve doing tasks for a murloc friend of another blue dragon, Azuregos; and some rando mage ge chilled with to find where he's disappeared to. I recall there's a bunch of other blue dragons involved at some point, and fighting some of the black dragonflight.

  4. Ok, so there is "The Embrace" event which allows dragons to become aspects, it happens every 430 and the last time it happened was during cataclysm. Isn't choosing a new black Dragonflight aspect big chunk of the next expansion's story? I don't think 430 years have passed since cata

  5. One thing I noticed is that Kalecgos is the only official Aspect replacement

I mean, think about it, Wrathion is a son of Deathwing and ome of rhe few Black Dragons left ,sure, but he hasn't been officially chosen to replace him

Then we have Ysera who still has yet to be replaced or have someone chosen as a substitute at the least. Mainly because there are no interesting or I thibk even that many named Greed Dragons that are still alive

Plus, eventually, Nozdormu will have to be replaced as he will inevitably turn into Murozond. Same as the Green Dragons, not many are both alive and significant enough to replace him.

  6. Oh, come on Platinum. Give the poor dragon a break. It's not in every book someone develops romantic feelings toward an oversized birdbath bowl and then tries to fill the void left behind with a similar-looking, magic-wielding, woman.

  7. The art in those older novels was so damn epic. I remember reading them as a kid and thinking: "God damn Tauren are fucking badass."

The art style was a weird mix of anime fantasy and more gritty realism that I haven't seen in WoW since then.
