I find the idea of using PARA very good and the implementation also seems logical to me. However, your template is already very complex, I don't know if it is really more productive in the end?

Guys, ho much secure Notion is? I have all my life locked in excel files because I’m afraid of data breaches. Are data encrypted or I should keep everything offline?
Can GTD and PARA be used in parallel? Or is it better to choose one and stick with it?

I’ve deliberately avoided second brain and productivity YT the past 2-3 years. I was just exhausted by the sheer abundance of ideas out there, never mind my own tortuous path littered with discarded attempts. Plus, I was thinking, Good-looking guy on YT? Please.
But damn, you really did the heavy lifting. Years of effort on display. Easily a pseudonymous Twitter freak :p I bought your template after watching this video, despite having my own system, because you convinced me to retry uniting my notes and tasks views. Thanks, for sharing such high-quality knowledge.
I do want to mention a hitch I experienced in the purchase process. I went to your landing page and scrolled down to your CTA.

I had to reread the page above to realize that the TEMPLATE was still the main product—that you hadn’t phased out the template sales for whatever reason in the past year since you uploaded this video.
Maybe consider emphasizing the word “template” on the page for at least the YT clicks? You may have already considered and rejected this, but just adding my two cents.

I'm definitely not a developer but I think it would so rad if someone created an android launcher that made your entire desktop your notion app – but alas, I can't even figure out how to link to apps from within notion. I'd love the ability to open my main notes app (milanote) from within notion, ie, but the deep linking capabilities just… Don't work from a front facing user perspective between the two apps, ugh.

I have a question: You have implemented a Process (GTD) workflow and a Task manager… Do these two share the same database? Otherwise I don't quite understand how you are supposed to split your tasks between them…
Am I correct that these are basically two very different ways to look at the same database?

Thomas, is there way to assign tasks to areas? I am in Areas and Resources and I have one of my areas open and I don’t see a way to make tasks specifically assigned to my area. Often I create tasks that may not be associated with a project but is related to the area.
Has anyone been able to link this template to their google calendar?

How do I see a list of ALL tasks? I am in task manager and I see all of the views but I want to be able to see a list of all tasks but dont see it, anyone able to help?
If only notion can sync with my google calendar, I wont need other apps.
