  1. I still can't get over how the core gameplay loop of this game is walking up to random people and talking to them for tens of minutes on end, and yet the writing is so damn strong that it can keep you glued to the screen with pure dialogue alone. I can think of very few other games that are able to pull off such feats without coming off as uninteresting exposition dumps.

  2. You know, XP or not, but this is how things work in the police – you ask a bunch of people same questions about same events to see if something is odd or you did not knew. With a blank face. You cannot just skip that, cause that's how things are. People should not know how much you are actually aware of the situation. It's kinda really like a theatre play.

  3. Yeah, that's the title drop because it's something that was expected of you to do on the first day.
I don't know why you refused to look at it and held onto it all this time.

In "Sacred and terrible air", the novel set after the events of the game, Revachol is destroyed by a nuclear bomb and a global conflict begins as consequence. Not only that, but there's also an immense expansion of pale all around Elysium. So the end of the world is in fact canon. That's why half light says "it's also a coping mechanism". Harry isn't just suicidal, he ffeels that the end of the world is near.
