So the history channel has been alien bullshit for about the past 8 years. It had alot of history on it before that.
It's a right of passage, yo order something from TV and get scammed then you learn your lesson and never do it again.
They were making fun of this ridiculous show on History called "Ancient Aliens" where a bunch of 'experts' would pose all these ridiculous theories about how there's no way mankind could've possibly done these great feats (like the pyramids) without the help of aliens. I watched some, they were relatively entertaining…but they would just end up pissing me off.

The "white trash" show is making fun of "COPS" because the majority of those shows were Red Necks getting busted.
Also the Thanksgiving History channel is a Satire of the MCU's first "Thor" movie with the Asgardians being portrayed as the Pilgrims And Natalie Portman (Jane Foster) here was the one that opened the "Bifrost" (with Her Wormhole).

Still cracks me up though.
