  1. This temple is indeed a very important example of terracotta temple architecture in West Bengal. The site does suffer from management issues, but has a lot of scope for archaeotourism! Very excited to see this video!

  2. The West Bengal Archaeology Department is of no use. They cannot maintain the sites up to standards expected. This neglect inturn causes slow death to these in near future. State treasury is always in a crunch. I request the ASI to take over the site and re-energize the site with more beautification and standard maintanence.

  3. This site holds great potential for not just archaeological research, but also multidisciplinary collaborations for its conservation.

I had a question: Are the diamond like quadrilaterals on the facade of the temple a part of its original design, or a result of any damage caused to the site?

  4. The documentation of every depiction in the temple is done so beautifully. The depiction of each carving has been explained in very much detail. It is indeed a potential site for Archaeo tourism. Thank you for this video!
