Tangub is a barangay located 6 kilometers from Bacolod City.
Pottery is one of Tangub’s livelihoods and the potters display their wares on the main highway – Araneta Avenue.

Tangub is rich in Teracotta clay and this has become a thriving cottage industry for many residents in the vicinity.
The stores here are run by families and they have passed on their pottery skills to their sons and daughters. Some families have been making terracotta crafts for over 50 years.
