  1. One of the best "apocaliptic" series, mainly because it EXPLAINS what happened, unlike others, but ONE THING that make me hate that series is the doctor's son from the second season on, HE IS HATEFUL AND ANNOYING(and the hot doctor die protecting him)!

  2. Read the Necroscope: Series. It has many similar vampirism tropes.

Written by Brian Lumley back in 1986 it was introduced to me by my brother and he was excited to see this show.

Unfortunately he passed before he got to see it.

  3. Books were good and the adaptation was decent and worth a watch if you’re into that genre. Not so much a fan of the Christian angel being the big bad; instead would’ve preferred a non denominational supernatural entity. Still a fun watch.

  4. Glad someone does a review of the show. This show seems to be kinda forgotten. Or randomly part of a list. Or people start reviewing the show but stop reviewing it after a season or two.

  5. It was good then it spent half a season wasting my time with is the Australian chick a lesbian or not is she gonna get with the Russian dude it’s almost like we’re here to watch people survive a vampire apocalypse not have teenage melodrama. They are adults acting like they’re 16 while having a will they won’t they. That literally killed the show the same thing that killed the walking dead half seasons of crap no one cared about and human drama over survival.
