  1. Respects to Dean Cain, but I always found it funny when devout religious people played characters that didn't fit into their religion. Like Kevin Sorbo playing Hercules.

  2. Dude, props to you Rippa for getting Dean Cain of all people for an interview! Haha dang I gotta go back and watch Lois and Clark now! I vaguely remember the show but no time’s better than now to get back into it! It’s great to see Dean get into the comic book game! Need more projects like that from him! Great stream Rippa! Hail to you sir and the Rippaverse!

  3. The summary of the comic kinda feels like it could share 1 or 2 similarities with Eric van Lustbader's Nicholas Kinnear series – kind of a mix between Scott Adkins' The Ninja 1 and Crying Freeman, except the Nicholas Kinnear character is a secretly trained ninja in current day (of back when the novels were originally written) and some minor mystical ninja arts aspects mixed into the elements of the story which leans more into a thriller/mystery genre – the kind of stuff 80s/90s American made ninja movies used to highlight.

From what I've seen of that art and the description of the comic, it seems to lean more into a Miami Vice/Tropical Heat/Grand Theft Auto kinda of feeling?

  5. Huge respect to you Eric, Dean, and Gabe. Eric, taking a look at your approach and even though I didn't know of you until 2015, it's 100% an easily copied approach and style. Will it work for everyone, or everything? no, however there's still a lot to learn from. I love the transparency, the honesty, and that's all reasons I've been doing what I can to support you. Just figuring out my own stuff and how I want to do things, wish I had started working on that back in 2015 or earlier. Hindsight, right?
