  1. Perhaps both of you forgot that the people who took the US Embassy were going to let the hostages go, but Ronald Reagan convinced them to hold onto them until after the election in exchange for missiles. This is what sank Carter's second election attempt

  2. Zionism is disgusting. Israel is literally committing a genocide in Gaza. Scott should stick to talking about fast fashion because he obviously doesn’t understand the concept of genocide which is insane because isn’t he half Jewish.

  3. I like Scott for entertainment and what he has accomplished in life. However, it is obvious he is not a moderate. More of a wealthy left leaning view of everything. I think even he would agree. January 6th is a waste a time to talk about. It was never a real threat to anything… most people are smart enough to understand that. Unfortunately, this 'raging moderates' channel… is not very interesting or compelling to watch. Just kinda boring, with no facts or ideas that are new or interesting.

  4. I find Scott to be one of the most enlightened public figures and agree with 99% of this podcast. As usual his defending of the Israeli government’s recent actions enrages me. Two wrongs do not make a right

  5. Jessica asking for a Fetterman presidential ticket demonstrates how out-of-touch with reality she is. Fetterman marched with progressives in his Governor race, and then flipped and bends the knee to Trump, and back stabs his constituents that got him elected.

  6. Biden should admit that he made a mistake trying to run for a second term and apologize to the American people for ignoring the clear message they were sending him that they didn't want him to. Unfortunately, the same hubris that lead him to destroy his legacy will never allow him to do so.

  7. Jordan Neeley take is so far off it is painful — the guy choked out the other guy who was yelling — he choked him for minutes beyond the point at which he stopped moving — he choked him beyond the death throws and body twitches of a dying man — this was a class issue, not race

The right is obsessed with race — Boomers disavowed class conflict in favor of racial division

  8. Do you think there may be multiple problems with preemptively calling people a "David Duke lite"? Outrage by default is not doing anybody favors (besides America's enemies ofc).

  9. Not enough people with the power to do something about it cared (most notably, Garland). THAT was the problem. Our issues with the electorate and the LEGAL spheres of disinformation are known. We simply need those that can to do something other than line their own pockets, batten their own hatches, or switch sides.

It may be an answer that some of you well spoken folks holding the line publicly for us run for high office, yourselves.

  10. Not sure I've ever met a lefty anti-vaxxer, Prof. Scott. Maybe I just haven't gone far enough left. The pro-gaza jewish lefties I've met also don't seem like anti-semites, more anti-bb. Why can't we be friends and defeat trump maga instead of shooting across every bow?

  11. 43:05 "no we weren't progressive enough"
Its a Rorschach test for whatever political leaning you are. If you lean center / right its because Democrats were too left and if you're far left its because Kamala was too center. The truth is people are stupid and should have their voting rights taken away.

  12. Personally I don't want to hear a damn thing from Joe Biden his arrogance and inability to stick to his word about being a 1 term president and delivering us into the second Trump administration he has nothing left to say that I want to hear.

  13. TRUMP DERANGEMENT SYNDROME.

Mika Brzezinski, who along with her co-host and husband Joe Scarborough have attempted to make peace with Trump in recent months, was ready to put out the fire with guest Scott Galloway, an author, podcast host and professor of the NYU School of Business, where Donald's youngest son Barron is enrolled.

Galloway was discussing the reasons why Trump beat Kamala Harris in November when he incorrectly slammed the president-elect.

'We are in the midst of a series of small revolutions to correct income inequality. And the reason we put an insurrectionist and a rapist in office is because for the first time in our nation's history, a 30-year-old man or woman isn't doing as well as his or his or her parents were at third,' Galloway said.

As the 'great conversation' ended, Brzezinski made sure to correct Galloway to his face.

'I want to make a comment about a word that was used in this interview. Donald Trump was tried civilly and was found libel of sexual abuse, not rape. But the judge in the case likened his actions to rape, but the liability was officially called sexual abuse.'

Brzezinski cut to a commercial before Galloway could respond.

  14. Look at the Gilt market today. It is the 9th of January 2025 and it is still in free fall. If I look at the global bond market, something really horrible could happen this year.

  15. pretty hilarious how the democrat chicken head just can't accept what a complete and devastating loss the election was for democrats. Trump won by 80 plus electoral votes, a couple million in the popular vote and they control all branches. what a ridiculous moron.

  16. Listen to your neighbors. I watch NOVA on PBS and I see this kid who has built this electrical generator at the age of eleven; and I say "Wow; some kid!" My neighbor watches the very same NOVA show and he sees a foreigner [the kid was of oriental extraction] being advantaged as well as promoted over his white grandkids unfairly and instead of good feelings he acquires increased attitudes of resentment, fear, and resulting sourfulness. True story.

  17. Maybe Biden will pardon the economy next? You're already blaming Trump for rising interest rates, the variable rate on my HELOC has gone up over 4 points in the past years. Bang up job Joe, thanks. And yes, that is just another piece of why I voted for Trump. Kamala said she was going to keep doing the same things, I don't need my HOA rate to go up another 4 points.

  18. There's a whole lot of generalization going on here. Let's begin with some definitions- what is the "far left" and the " far right". Cuz your definition of "the middle" means n nothing so far…
