Sometimes a coffee goes a long way, especially here in Italy. Don’t feel obliged in any way though, best of all would be to come to Tuscany and have one here with me!

  2. It must give you a great deal of satisfaction (and Money savings) of completing projects that you had little experience in. Another job well done. I can't beleive all the things you have tackled on your house and sucessfulyy completed. All th while enjoying the Italian life with your family. Well Done!

  3. Fantastic job. I admit I was worried when you did not have your harness on. But as you were able to post the video I know you were safe.

You are a remarkable man Raf. Taking on such a big project on your own and creating a beautiful vacation home in a lovely welcoming community.

  4. I am so happy to see you back. Been a while. Always miss you when there is such a long time between vlogs. I was cringing when you were in that attic on your back. You almost hit your head on a big rock. Your back must be totally scraped up. I am wondering if you are going to take the ceiling down underneath the new roof. You should get rid of all the garbage in their. All it is doing is making that decayed ceiling have more weight on it. If you take it out then can have a beautiful new ceiling with proper insulation. I know it is a lot of work and then you have to haul all the stuff to the dump but it the long run it will benefit you.

  5. Pffff you had me sweating looking at you sitting on the roof without any safety harness 😱😰😰😰 luckily everything went ok. Happy that the roof is waterproof, so one less thing to worry about. What is going to be the next project after you finish this roof? Looking forward to your next video!

  6. Not sure what was more scary you perched on a slat on the very top of your roof swinging the camera round to show us all the angles and views or you caving your way through the tiny wiggle space in the adjoining roof, your only means of escape. Well congratulations! You did it all yourself! Phew!👍👏👏👏

  7. I give you credit on crawling through that small crawl space. I would be panicking but gave a Blair witch vibe as you were doing it. lol You must of scratched up your back on the old tiles under you. Roof looks great

  8. 😂😂Thanks for the entertaining episode, I confess I giggled the entire time you were wriggling and squeezing your way out of that roof! Remember Winnie the Pooh after he’d eaten all that honey at Rabbit’s house and then got stuck in the entrance? Uh huh! 😉🤣 Can’t wait to see the roof finished!
