  1. Yeah it's a really good policy [Had to get replacements twice], until the missing piece isn't made out of plastic… I was never able to get a replacement for a flag in a Ninjago set. But otherwise it's pretty nice.

  2. My brother bought me the bmw motorcycle and when I opened it there was a cinder block and some resealed bags with random ass Lego parts. So he got me another for free using this.

I just realized that I have one broken piece from one of my Lego chima sets…
does that mean that I could actually bring it back to its former glory???

  5. The same thing goes for UGears. I just got a part in from Ukraine a couple days ago, only thing is I broke two more because I was trying to get something to fit together and was being stubborn. Got the parts ordered and should be here in a few weeks. Is it the same thing with Lego since it has to come from Denmark?

  7. I had this happen to me, I'm a michigan resident and there was a lego store on mackinaw Island, got back home 400 miles and a ferry trip from the island and was missing a wheel, my uncle who was going to the island the next week picked it up for me and they gave him the piece no questions asked, that location now knows me and I buy directly from them

  8. Had an unfortunate experience in a BIONICLE set in 2015, where two joints were missing from a set. I had spares in my stash, of course, but it was still awesome how LEGO sent those joints all the way from Germany with no questions

  9. When I was building the first sonic set, I was missing a few of those clear sticks for the rings and I was really impressed and happy at how they just sent me them no questions asked for free, literally the best customer service I have ever had and was just really nice
