  1. 2nd punter was in hopes the eagles wanted to offer a 6 or 7th pick. That did not happen quickly enough and they needed room for king. This 53 is still fluid even after that move

  2. I put a picture of Jerry Jones in my Freezer after Superbowl XXX and I said if Neil O'Donnell was Paid for throwing them ducks to Not even going to say that name. Dallas CRYBOYS will not see another Superbowl for 50 Years. They still have another 22 Years before they even compete for anything.

  3. Coach Noll got flowers, beginning w/ drafting Brad & Joe. I lived down the street in USC, and they got busted mailboxes, bags of garbage strewn across their lawn, and all sorts of nasty mail…
So do ya really want Coach T takin' that heat. It comes w/ the flowers .

  4. Kevin was for 18 years (after Ben's rookie contract) was ALWAYs hamstrung by the QB dominance of the Cap space. This is the first year in the last 14 that the GM ( Kahn ) has had the full cap available without struggling to fit it together without 40& or so of the total going to the QB position. Kevin was a tremendous GM with the help of Kahn managing the cap.

  5. F** Glen Thomas who has done NOTHING for the Steelers. All you do is use GT to continue to subtly trash Matt Canada whom you HATE – although he has done good work for several years now with trying offensive situations. I like most of your work DK, but I have had to turn you off during some of your unhinged rants about Matt Canada.

  6. Hey Mon and DK, Great show! Watched twice and loved it. Prayers for Chris and his family. I can't say enough about how you have helped so many people in so many ways. God bless you. As the first season game is coming closer and closer, there is this feeling I have in my stomach that the team will do really well. Thanks guys.

  7. I might be reaching a bit with this statement. But, hear me out. I actually believe that what's going on is this:
Mike is the guy that says "this is who and what I want!" And, Omar does the work to acquire the personnel. I'm not going to give Omar as much credit that many may give him. I think Omar is more loose than Kevin was. Keep in mind, Omar was over the books, the finances. That was his job. To utilize the salaries cap, he was the numbers guys. Now, what Tomlin has is a direct link, no middle man. He doesn't have a Kevin to Omar, dynamic anymore. Is a direct shot to Omar. I doubt, in my opinion, again it's just my opinion. Omar, strong suit isn't player personnel. Isn't team positional needs, by a long shot. Who would know better, Tomlin or Omar? Tomlin.
Tomlin picks, Omar use the numbers and go pick the pick up.

  9. I think the "aggressive" moves are more related to not having a Big Ben contract and not having a Big Ben as a force MULTILPLIER then to Omar vs Colbert

  10. Kevin was good but look at our team the last 3 or more years. Somebody was dropping the ball. Why do you think Kahn had to do so many moves to get us right again. Now we are back on track talent and depth wise, next offseason won’t be as exciting or as busy which is good because we can go back to our next man up philosophy because we will have a next man to move up lol. Kahn gets the credit for his role, bringing in the talent. Tomlin gets the credit for winning games with this roster. They all get credit for winning another Superbowl.
