  4. This little dog is adorable , unbelieveable that his owner just tied it to a pole and just walked away. Are people so uncaring for others that after years just left this cutie tied and walked away. I hope those new clothes give you the same unconditional kive this cutie would give. This puppy is so excited to see you and is happy to go for a walk. God bless
