Humans have made so much damage in this world. I think it's the responsibility to intervene when they see a hurt animal like this. Can take the mother in. Heal her arm then release her later. Humans have destroyed most of the animals habitat so if Humans see an injured animal then we need to use our technology to help. Simple as that. Even with Humans helping it doesn't count for all the damage Humans have done.
