When specifically is this stratagem and others worded like actually played
Is it played when the unit is still in reserve
Is it played when the unit is placed on the board.
This may impact whether the new lord of deceit aura can effect the startagem's cost by +1CP
Does lord solar now just not give extra CP since the new core rules update?
