  1. 1 thing i dont like in those mods. In anomaly – you can't hide in bushes, for NPC's those don't exist and can see you on silver plate however they want, many times going through big bushes that were bigger than me, enemies will just shoot at me if im some target practise. literally this one thing destroys all experience. Either you play with no foliage or deal with BS wallhacks (foliagehacks?).

One of my favorite games and filled with content… just sad that there is no multiplayer… or fuck multiplayer, i just want coop play with a buddy.. and stalker 2 probably wont have that option, witch is out right crime against fanbase..Hopefully the new engine at least can be modded to work as a coop…

  3. I have a video on my channel called A Guided Tour of Jupiter Underground back when I streamed Call of Chernobyl and it's the wildest ride I've ever been on. I go in feeling like a badass huntsman and end up coming out barely alive. No game has ever been able to create organic dread like STALKER.

  4. I just wish it was coop, then it would be the perfect game that you can play with friends PvE. Unlike Tarkov where you have to pay extra $100 for EOD for a gamemode that is barebones PvE

  5. never played stalker beffor 2-3months ago. but now i played this for around 400 hours so far If you never played this game before i HIGHLY recommend this game with all my hearth

  6. My favorite thing about gamma over base anomaly is how, traders don’t sell weapons and armor, so you have to actively search for better weapons on the enemies you kill and then use the cool new crafting system to repair them with parts you recycle off of other weapons.

    No other game has made me more excited to find a functional trigger mechanism or gas system for my mp-153

  7. I've been whining for years for a persistent cooperative environment that is EFT-esque but without the 10-20 minute nut that is every AAA game today. I'm so sick of AAA games pandering to a release schedule and people who've been brainwashed for quick rounds of insane action, that has to be dumbed down for "Balance"…

    To hell with stats. Humans are fragile. I want to play a game with depth, against humans. Fuck monsters. Fuck zombies. Fuck fantasy. There's a time and a place. There's a zillion other games…

    When will anybody take the challenge? An IP that offers a persistent co-operative survival sandbox environment, where identity is everything, would be wildly successful. Where life is slippery… Perhaps a large territory that has a huge power vacuum long after a huge war. Warring factions. Not necessarily post apocalyptic ruins, but sometimes… Where a person is human. No stats. A gun is a gun. Armor is armor. Health and stealth are valuable. Where a silver tongue is just as effective as the silver bullet. People can learn to utilize hard to acquire medical tools to preserve precarious life. People can set out on scavenging and reconnaissance missions. You catch my drift…

    For a well designed game, with a passionate team that shares vision, there could be monthly sub… And a cash shop for team/group/guild/faction cosmetics. Perhaps even for a library of constantly updated social items for dens/clubs/warehouses/buildings etc… I'd shamelessly spend thousands to host people. If it allowed me to better organize, and enjoy the presence of people of all types… Can you imaging the content creation/community that could come of this?

    AAA games take one gimmick. Do one feature in the most half-assed way. Monetize it in some form. And stall for the next title… It's a shame…

    And so… I usually wind up doing a round robin of all the games we play, until I tire of it. Culminating into a yearly bash of S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Literally one of the finest creations ever made. Alone…
