You obviously didn’t read the comic. The best part of the whole story is how you don’t know which turtle it is who survived until the very end, and you ruined that in the very beginning of your video
Raph went out by being Stabbed through the Head by Karai Leo and Casey died in an explosion by Baxter Stockman Donnie and Master Splinter died after being ambushed by the Foot in Japan and a Rain of Arrows ultimately killing them
the saddest version of almost any versions of tmnt is that donnie or raph really die and cant come back, i think last ronin also depicted the best version of what would probably happen if gloves are off. Because Raph and Karai would definitely kill eachother, theyre equals in a lot of versions when theyre both determined
What makes it depressing, its not that all the Turtles die. It's the simple fact it's the funny and laid back Turtle aka Mikey that is the Last Ronin. The one that is the Jokey and Fun loving Turtle becomes broken. He no longer tells Jokes, he no longer smiling and being funny. That is what makes this so depressing. Seeing Mikey whole attitude shift is very sad. This is something no one thought could happen until this series dropped.
