  1. But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth. Acts 1:8 (Discipleship)❤

  3. I accepted Christ as my savior when I was 12 during Bible School at my Nana’s church one summer. It wasn’t until I was 48 years old that I got baptized knowing later in life the importance of baptism as my part of the relationship with Christ. It also felt like a true rebirth in my commitment to him. So blessed to have both of these moments confirming my love and relationship with Jesus.

  4. It sounds like That the two stories one from Mark and one from Matthew are so different when the Marys came to the tomb. It sounds like the angel comes down and there’s an earthquake and the stone rolls away in front of them but in Mark it sounds like once they get there, it’s already been rolled away and the angel is inside. What can you say about those differences.

  5. If you believe in Christ, why wouldn't you be baptized as a public declaration of your faith? But mandatory for salvation, such as baptizing babies, I don't see this anywhere in scripture. The thief on the cross was brought up as an example, but I would also direct readers to Acts 16:30-31 and the salvation of the Philippian Jailer and this family. Paul states "“Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved", they did, and then later they were baptized. Love Heart Dive! Thanks Guys!
