  1. I still remember the first time i played The Last of Us and after playing so much Resident Evil, thought i was ready for this game. I was so wrong and without spoiling it, completely destroyed within the first 15 minutes of the game.

  2. Can’t freaking wait to watch this show, I love how it’s the story and characters we all know just retold in a new perspective also I love the fact that Troy and Ashley are in the show, having Troy as one of David’s henchmen is cool but the best out of the two for me is Ashley playing Anna Williams aka Ellie’s mom, having the original performer of Ellie birth her show counterpart is so poetically beautiful to me and I hope that the majority of fans give Pedro, Bella and Gabriel a chance at adapting these characters we all love

  3. It’s actually a Kansas license plate. They are using Kansas City as the location instead of Pittsburgh where they meet Henry and Sam. I’m from KC and they were here filming buildings and such not too long ago. The WY in the corner stands for Wyandotte County

  4. The part where Joel is leading Ellie and two brothers through a door in a room with painted walls (4:04 in this video) looks like it is from the sewer part of the game, where the families tried to start a community. And we know how that went …

  5. Something small but ABSOLUTELY
TERRIFYING I’ll add based on the cordyceps FUNGUS (not virus) – the fungus doesn't penetrate the brain but grows around it, taking control of the victim's nervous system and muscles to influence bodily movement.

Know what that means? You are still alive and conscious but no longer in control of your body which, under the fungus's control, will hunt a normal human and kill and eat them or bite them to help spread itself. While you helplessly experience the act in your body.

As proof, replay the early moment in the game when Joel and Tess encounter their very first group of runners (stage 1 infection) in a dark room feasting on a freshly killed victim. If you listen closely, one of them, a female, is crying and saying,
    "I…… I… don't…want to….”

  7. I don’t think that castle painted door is the toy store hideout. It looks more like the entrance to Ish’s sewer hideout. Also, the clip of Ellie as Marlene discusses her purpose looks like the beginning of the Salt Lake City scene because of the RV in the background.

  8. Here’s everything you didn’t know about the last of us see those main characters all of them either die or get the shit kicked out of them so bad they fail to even be a character Riley dies Tess dies Joel dies tommy takes a arrow to the knee and a shot to the head still somehow survives but is a shadow of himself same with Ellie she loses two fingers her father figure her girlfriend and baby ends up alone and loses her humanity on a revenge trip that ends up with her losing more people Jessie and so ya if you want to watch a depressing story where the characters get absolutely shitted on this is the show for you

  9. There’s three very small details that I haven’t seen anyone comment on yet. One is that the title is in exactly the same font and style as the games. Two is the very small snippet of Gustavo Santaolalla’s theme plays over it. The third is the shot of Ellie sitting in the back of the truck is most likely in Bill’s town when they try to escape and have to push the truck to get it started whilst holding off Runners and Clickers. It’s the same colour truck. 🙂
