Generally speaking, 5 seconds in Hell is far worse than any horrible thing that can happen to you here on earth. This life is over in a blink of an eye. Where you will be spending eternity is extremely important. A trillion years from now is still only the beginning in eternity. End up in Hell, and who you were here won't matter to anyone. Eventually, completely forgotten, as if you never existed, but still do. A life lived in vain, good for nothing.
Do most of you have a hard time to preach the Good News to other believers? In English communities, it almost seems 50% grace and 50% lordshippers, but in French communities (I live in Quebec Canada) it really seems 95% lordshippers, whether it's catholic or evangelical groups. There this popular evangelical pastor in Quebec, I learned most of theology and eschatology from his videos, I was always under the impression he was teacher grace gospel, but yesterday in a Facebook article he wrote he said we're saved at one condition: repent of sins and believe. So I had to intervene with a comment, but all other subscribers mocked the fact we only have to believe to be saved. I gave them the example an homosexual only need to believe to be saved, they answered with anger that unless the homosexual defeat his sinful nature he's an abomination to God. They assumed I'm gay and that I loved my sin more than God, but I'm hetero and I replied it's because of them it's difficult to bring gays or lesbians to the gospel.
I really donāt know what to believe at this point. So many people say that you can lose your salvation using scripture. Donāt really know what to believe at this point. just might end my life knowing Iām damned anyways. Iām lost man.

We do this because we are born with a sin nature, it is a disease of the heart and we need a cure. God is loving, holy and merciful among other attributes but He is also just, perfectly just. Like any crime, sin has to be punished. If God did not punish sin, then He would be unjust. He would be corrupt. Someone has to take the punishment. Romans 6:23 says: "For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.". This is talking about spiritual death, not physical death; if you die in your sins then you go to hell. There is good evidence that humans have souls. Near-death experiences are one of those evidences. There is a part of you that lives on past your physical body.Ā
Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā God sent His only Son to earth about 2000 years ago, His Son is Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ is the promised Savior of the world. He fulfilled hundreds of prophecies by coming to and being in our world. Jesus was born of a virgin, lived a sinless life and was crucified on the cross as a payment for our sins. God poured out His wrath on Jesus in our place, meaning the justice of God is satisfied and sin is punished. Three days after Jesus was crucified, He rose again proving that His payment was enough and that He was who He said He was, the Son of God. Also Gregg I'm stuck on these passages Matt 12:31-32 and REV 3 I know about the overcomer, but it seems to me that the Lord is talking about believers that are ready to give up there salvation, or they are not willing to let the Holy Spirit do the work in there lives. Repentance means a change of mind which means to turn from a life following sin to a life following Christ. Salvation is a free gift and it cannot be earned. No one can be perfectly moral on their own, it is impossible. This is the only way to be in the presence of God in heaven. It is important to reiterate that we cannot save ourselves; it is the gift of God for one to be saved. God is rich in mercy and ready to forgive, cry out to Him, be sincere when coming to God, this is not a flippant thing. Repent and place your trust in Jesus Christ alone, today is the day of salvation. Ephesians 2:8-9 says: "For by grace you have been saved through faith; and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God; not as a result of works, so that no one may boast.". Salvation is a gift. When we are saved we become a child of God forever, nothing can separate us from Him. He gives us a new heart, He will guide us in life and help us to grow to be more like Christ.

gregg what do i do if i cannot feel the holy spirit at ALL anymore? most i feel is conviction. did God take away my ability to feel him so i could grow? im not worried about my salvation anymore because ive been delivered from the demons that tormented me. but im not being spiritually attacked at all anymore either. thats a bad sign.

Also Gregg I'm stuck on these passages Matt 12:31-32 and REV 3 I know about the overcomer, but it seems to me that the Lord is talking about believers that are ready to give up there salvation, or they are not willing to let the Holy Spirit do the work in there lives.
