Ke Huy Quan's comeback role was a in a small supporting role called Finding Ohana with Kelly Hu, which was about 2 girls who go on a treasure hunt (it's kind of goonies esque) but he calls one of the characters slick shoes due to their energetic nature.
The house in this movie, is in fact a real house in Astoria, Oregon and last I knew was for sale for 1.9 Million dollars. It sits right on the Pacific coast.
