I recommended Diverging Cultures as opposed to Reforming, because you're able to swap out multiple tenets all at once. Instead of one at a time. The Culture I recommended was:
Ethos: Bureaucratic (Ceremonious is cool too, but more XP and fast Tech is too)
Tenets: Mountain Herding (Ritual), Mountain Homes (Region), and Dryland Dwellers (Region)
However watching back, it does not appear that you can select Mountain Herding. I thought the requirements were 1. Culture must be Arabic and 2. Exist in Desert Mountains, maybe Persia isn't Arabic?
Two cool Tenets to consider otherwise are "Recognition of Talent" and "Reverence for Veterans". No one ever plays with these. But they're super fun. Recognition allows you to recruit Blademasters from your prisoner population. And Reverence allows Knight Accolades you have set as Guardians, to teach their Wards (your kids) Commander Traits!!! It's awesome 🤙🏿🍻

Hey lion, just wanted to say that I enjoy your crusader kings campaigns way more than I should. I get excited every time I see a new episode uploaded and then i get grumpy when I have to wait for the next one.
But seriously, why so much incest? I get that the gameplay unfortunately encourages such behavior since the player farms good traits much better then the ai, but it still feels icky. Either way, its your show, so have fun.
Lionheart you should reform the faith to make yourself the temporal head of Zoroastrianism, then people of your faith will seek indulgences from you and pay you money!
