I just put together that TOG's channel is Called Tear of Grace, and there's literally "Sacred tears" and "Sites of grace" in this game…
I'm enjoying the endless stream of 'oh no' I get when I see you going to areas you're blatantly not supposed to be in.
You finding these mid-late game bosses this early on and being like "you know what? i'll take a crack at it a dozen times or so" is very different to my playstyle of "Holy SHIT that did a lot of damage, alright, i get the message, I'll fuck off till later!!!!!"
As a sidenote: that jellyfish you got? When upgraded a bit, it's unironically one of the better summons. Cheap to summon, surprisingly tanky, and attacks with poison from range. It's real useful for a LOT of bossfights.
Right, I'll admit that I haven't seen the previous episode, so I'm leaving this here as a reminder to go watch Brett's Elden Ring videos as soon as possible. It's 1 a.m., so I'll watch it over breakfast.

As a word of warning, you’re in the mid-late game area. I would advise to go more west, explore the starting area, and head north. Also level up more, you’ll need it.
I never played "Souls" games. I always wondered:
1. Why would anyone play such game,
2. If player character is basically immortal, why not sit down and invent helicopters, tanks, heavy machine guns, artillery or even ICBMs and just clear the place. Yet they decide to go over and over with sword or so. While they can use some MASER (like LASER but with microwaves) and straight up cook enemies alive.
[EDIT] Why stop there, they can construct a military space station and use orbital bombardment and REALLY clear everything. No amount of magic can stop that.
Brett seeing the Death status and not connecting it to DS1 basiliks will make for some very loud screams later on
These are one of the two Elden Ring play throughs ive been looking forward to and not regretting the wait at all. Love all of these vids
That tree avatar is kinda mid game, caelid in general is not an area you should dive in at early game. I learned that the hard way.
