The ENTIRE History of Europe – 4k Documentary
Ancient Europe (7000 B.C.-500 A.D.)
The Middle Ages (500-1500 A.D.)
Modern Europe (1500-present)
————————————–
This is Europe, a continent where empires rose and fell.
In the beginning though, Europe was a forgettable landmass on a lush planet.
As the Homo Sapiens moved from Africa, Europe witnessed remarkable progress.
Soon the continent would see legendary battles, genius philosophers, immortal architecture, powerful monarchies, and world domination.
But how did the early settlements become the greatest civilizations humanity has ever seen?

0:36 greatest civilizations of Mankind have been in the east in India and China. Dont let the last 300 years skew the past 3000+
Amazing, keep up the good work
A very subjective view and /or narcissistic
No mention of the indo Europeans?
skenderbeg was albanian please next time make your facts more accurate.
Notice that the farther away from Africa humans moved the more evolved and advanced they became???
Phenomenal work ,I appreciate the way you presented history .it’s really sweet voice. I request you to cover religious history also
Stonehenge was actually rebuilt to look that way they ain't sure exactly how it really went so they rebuilt it in the 1930s to look the way it does today you should research more
Wow this is very, very good production!
Is this history or a bible story?
1:43 the county highlighted is co.Tipperary not co. Clare
Joan of Arc…was captured by the English, not the British. Great Britain did not yet exist at that time.
Partial video in less of 2 hours missing Reconquista in Spain many many peolpe think the moors in entire Spain more 7 centuries in a only battle defeated moors is absolutly incorrect ; 7 centuries only in little Granada Kingdom vasall of Castille close 3 centuries to conquest Granada in 1.492 in other numerous areas much less ; in norther of Spain never were the moors and the Iberian autochtonous culture after Rome ; it took Rome 200 years to conquer Iberia with brave fighter with Viriatus or Numancia heroic Iberian city ; and many other things in general of Europe missing for exemple the conquest if Galia is.extrely overated and conquest Iberia underated only 9 years conquer Galia front 200 years! Iberia .
Sulla didn’t kill Marius
Good doc. James Watt did the invent the 1st steam engine by quite a few years though.
Marathon was in Attica, not Makedonia. The lambda was the symbol of Sparta not Athens and you placed Athens where Argos more or less was, also Corith did not belong to Athens. It was a city-state like Sparta and Athens. Sulla did not kill Marius, actually the entire history of Sulla is wrong and poorly told. Julius Caesar was Pontifex Maximus before Sulla took control of the Senate. He was dismissed by the same and fled Rome. The office of Pontifex Maximus remained empty till Julius Caesar apointed his grand-nephew and lated adopted son Gaius Octavius, later to be known as Caesar Augustus. Julius Caesar was governor of Cisalpine Gaul before the invasion. Wow wow WOW!!!! Caesar was never emperor, NEVER. Like Sulla before him he was elected Dictator for life. Dude, Octavian did no kill Mark Antony. Mark Antony killed himself in Alexandria and a few time later Cleopatra did the same. Caesar Augustus was only declared emperor after his death. He was First CItizen, or Princeps. Dude, the British ISLES are not a peninsula and Claudius nor any other roman empreror or general conquered the entirety of it. Surely never Ireland or Alba (Scotland). The map of the Roman EMpire under Trajan is WRONG. Hadrian did not built the Roman Pantheon, he build Hadrian's Mausoleum, today's Castel Sant'angelo where you can see the structure of Hadrian's Mausoleum. Belisarius conquered all of the Italian Peninsula, north Africa and south Iberia. "Byzantine" is a modern term, it was still called Roman Empire. No no no no. The Visigothic Kingdom map is all wrong. Charlemagne was named Emperor of the Romans and he was never Emperor of the HRE, that state only formed centuries later. NO NO NO NOOOOO. Louis the Pious kept the Germanic tradition of dividing the empire amongst his children. Charlemagne did not do it because Louis was is only surviving son, so, when Louis died he divided the empire between his sons, West Frankia would generate France, East Frankia the HRE and Middle Frankia which was given to his eldest son and encompassed the two Imperial Capitals (Rome and Aachen) was conquered and divided by his brothers and nephews. Seriously, there were pagan kindmos in italy during the time of Otto the fist? And I finish the video.
Seriously, it's a wonderful effort to tell the tales of Humanity, but please, study them before you spread false information. Thank you
How dare you call skanderbeg Serbian. He was pure Albania
blood and fought for freedom of Albania
. Serbs never helped skanderbeg they are slavic people nothing to do with skanderbeg. How did you come to that opinion in the first place shocked .
As told by an american….
"The Entire History of Europe" … treats Jesus as a historical figure, lol !
@1.42 seconds – that's not Clare!! that's County Tipperary!! Clare is more to the left and up a little on the west coast. And Newgrange is far older that Stonehenge.

humanity didn't begin in Africa; it began on Eurasia (Mesopotamia); it's also questionable that the Etruscans came from Lydia when it's just as plausible they were descendants of Phoenicians; the map of the U.K. as if the Romans conquered the entire island isn't correct; Hadrian's wall separated the Romans from the remaining Celts; so, the Romans weren't able to genocide the Celts considering the Celts had sacked Rome before the Romans rose up; Jesus wouldn't have advocated for war (read between the lines); the Lombards could be seen as foreshadowing the military goals of WW2, combining Roman and German practices; the Vikings set the stage for the Russians; the Greek Orthodox seem to be closer to Jesus' teachings than Catholicism, as most Protestants can attest
This is mythology, not history.
I stopped watching right at the beginning, when you showed Cyprus as half an island, thus recognising the continuing occupation of a unrecognised 'state', very poor
Great video! Its tough to cover the ENTIRE subject i wish you would have gone over the American revolution a little bit because it had a effect on Europe especially England
I always said Europe is where civilization started. I’m African I always asked myself what we Africans doing in Africa during all those times all history was being made in Europe. I know Egypt also had a strong empire up until their last king Ptolemy, but African is bigger than just Egypt. European has came a long way and their history never ends. Let’s not forget after all this, then they came and conquer the Americas.
I think the was last world human history of conquest, Hitler and the Nazis was a different story. Although it happened, it’s still amazes me. Last but not least. European finally went to Africa to enslave Africans and started colonizing them. Europeans really shaped the world we live in.
Europe #1
It was all black gay men.
This is not the 'ENTIRE' history of Europe.
Many scenes from the game Assassin's Creed Odyssey, good game too, very accurate according to historians.
Don't care for Martin Luther. I live well and treat everyone how I want to be treated. I am sympathetic towards others problems so on and so forth. I just don't think that there is a big man/woman who controls everything. If thats the case everyone should just sit still and wait for god to tell the what to do so they don't mess up his plans for that person. I don't feel a force telling me what to do or direct me. I do whats needed (legally) to keep living and to prosper. It's crazy to me that people believe any religion let alone Muslim/Christianity/Catholism/judiam is really any different from each other. They have some of the same people in each bible/Quran. aside from HOW you celebrate your religion…. It's really the same story….. Just saying.
