  1. Obsidian has a bad habit of "biting more than you can chew" they always try to do much in their games and then they have to cut stuff that's why it feels rushed sometimes, so be prepared to be confused a lot lol

  2. Visas feels so random because her appearance is bound to your level of alignment. Her and Nihilus' cutsceens and finally her arrival depend on how quick you rise through the intern ranks of good / evil. So you can get her pretty early on, like you did here, or much later depending on your playstyle.

  3. Remember: You can use stims from the pause menu before you start combat. That way it's all at once. You can use 1 of each type or their enhanced versions so- str, alc, stam, battle or their higher versions, they don't stack IE you can't do strength then hyper strength.

  4. The reason why the loud music that plays after combat plays multiple times is that for some reason if you open any menu while its playing, it re-sets and plays again. Which is why sometimes it can happen 3+ times in a row

  5. So that Jedi Padawan? She was restored content, and the person voicing her is a modder. She did the best she could, but you could tell it’s not professional level stuff.

  6. The general direction of this game's narrative is why I can't enjoy it as much as the first game. I understand why many say it's better – the writing is certainly more complex and subversive for a Star Wars story. And I know a lot of the issues with pacing and delivery of information is related to the development issues. That doesn't change the fact that it's an inferior experience, for me at least. There are certainly things I love, like Kreia, but I prefer the simpler and more satisfying hero story of the first KOTOR.

I honestly can't even remember if anyone says Visas' name. I believe it's pronounced almost like "Vsauce". Maybe "Visause".

  7. Yeah, Visas and several other characters have bizarre pacing, clearly because of the rushed development. The writers did all the work of coming up with their character development and personal progression of their stories, but then the devs didn't have time to properly integrate it and pace things well, so it's just a matter of getting two or three influence gains in the first conversation you have with them and then they're suddenly going "since I've been traveling with you for so long, you've changed my life, I think I love you!"

  8. I'll keep commenting till you hopefully see it lol you can use an item from the useable items menu once per turn without having to go through the animation of healing or putting on a shield

  9. Visas deserved the amount of love and attention the game designers spent on Handmaiden. I think they were originally supposed to both be love interest options, one light and one dark. But Visas got shorted by the rush to get the game out, probably more than any other character. She's so interesting, but her story is relegated to a similar role as Juhani in the first game. Cool concept, nowhere near enough follow-through.

  10. It's been so long since i played this game i had forgotten how unpolished it felt sometimes. I still like it, but damn I wish they'd had a little more time to finish it.

  11. Kaevee is part of the mod, she was an amalgamation of a character that was cut, and re-added by the restored content team's interpretation of what she was supposed to do.

  12. that bad voice acting is because a fan did the voice lines for that character since she was part of the cut content and there wasn't an official dubbing for her lines. it's the most easy to spot addition from the mod.

  13. For that terrible voice acting on the Padawan, be prepared for a lot more where that came from. That's the level of voice acting you can expect from the Restored Content Mod. Everything not having to with the the HK droids is that bad or worse.

  14. This video was taken down and blocked worldwide by UMG for small segments of music. I've had to edit the episode and mute the tracks used, so if there are parts of the video randomly quiet or sound odd and my voice muted/muffled, it's because of this.
