I am a survivor of the "Satanic Panic" as metalheads and people who played magic the gathering or Dungeons and Dragons were not looked kindly upon by churches.

Interesting, the news media back then blamed various crimes on so called Satanic practices for the purposes of sensationalism, which should be pointed out more often as the schematic for the now acceptable fake news format used nowadays. Was in high school in Memphis when the West Memphis 3 got locked up. Nearly 20 years later we played a benefit for them the night we heard they were veing freed. Definitely had nothing to do with us but the local media showed up. In the end,was glad those guy's were freed.

Wish I could stand that weird, undulating vocal fry/punctuated stress the host is doing, mainly at the beginning of every new sentence. It seems avoidable, as his normal, vocal timbre returns immediately further along in each sentence. Maybe it's a tick of some sort, although this is edited, not live, so maybe it's intentional, as anything recorded in error is assumably removed. Wish the channel well, and good luck, cheers.
