for campaign og scarlet is still better even though skill 1 BScarlet can attack all enemies 3x during burst but it can't be done in one hit
I put her on the same level as Red Hood in just damage. No way Modernia is more versatile. She can't even burst against bosses
Modernia is below BS. Having a core 7 modernia 10/10/10 with all overload gear, and she still gets outdamaged by my new scarlet with sub optimal gear no core
Scarlet Black Shadow is a dps powerhouse.
She's comfortably outdamaging my maxed out RedHood, while still only at 10/7/10, Core 6, and without fully upgraded overload gear.
I'd definitely rank her as the #1 damage dealer in the game now.
Above Modernia but below Red Hood imo.
Black shadow is stupid. She is so busted seeing her outdamage red hood, modernia and og scarlet it's wild. I'm so happy I have her at lb 1 and may go for more before her banner runs out. Also doesn't help the last few banners have been absolute bangers.

She is top in some content but others not so much against chatterbox she had more burst rotations but laged behind red hood and in Champaign modernia destroyed her scarlet top dps but not number 1. 3rd at best due to not beginning good out the box and needs investments to perform well like alice and in Champaign like A2 she will be targeted with no mercy, if there is projectiles damage goes out the window and the og can balance this out so SS TIER but no SSS sorry , but for being c-d makes sense not everyone can invest in skills being realistic so beginning players c-d . investments SS (SSS situationally)
Hey, I posted damage testing in the discord. I did everything possible to make it fair. Did teams with only R units and tried both shooting range and level 10 Union raid bosses. Low investment Black Shadow Scarlet outdamaged my core 7 full invested Red Hood. By a country mile. I did every single thing you can do to fully test the DPS. I’m still in shock. I could imagine a fully invested, core 7, 10/10/10 and full overload could do. Crazy!!!
well when they drop something higher than SSS everyone end up getting dropped a tier cause of the new ceiling you shouldnt add more tiers

She completely outdamage my RH and Modernia. She is crazy. After the buff on RH, I didn't imagine we would get a stronger DPS for a while, but here we are.
I guess Scarlet didn't accept losing her spot as top DPS!
I don't mind it, her design is so damn good.
BS aside, I disagree with solo Naga being in B with solo Blanc while solo Tia is in A. Naga is a decent standalone B2 that can heal, do damage, and attack buff (albeit mediocre without Tia), Tia without Naga is severely bricked if her cover is blown (highly likely due to her taunt), causing her to lose most of her skill passives, also without a unit with cover recovery her burst cd becomes 40s.

Lol bs Scarlet in s tier for campaign on prydwin below characters like winter ludmilla and Laplace… I switched from old Scarlett to to bs Scarlett and progressed 8 stages… Tf man they don't normally get it this wrong damn. Also ss in boss ads? The value in huge aoe screen wipe over time VS 1 time screen wipe is greatly underestimated. Just like how people weren't sure if modernia was better or not because her wipe was over time. New Scarlet was done dirty in prydwin
No caress about red hor burst 1or2 because there is already better nikke to use at that so for the most part red hod is just dmg

Even for support character for the most part they are ranking based on how much dmg they can give to the team
those people are bias. its better to get quality votes than bias votes. so this is not really accurate tierlist imo.
imagine she keeps her kit, but still uses AR as weapon…that would be beyond broken
