  1. They left you alone quite quickly, I was pestered till 4AM. For early stages with base like this, good idea is to make 3-4 blocks deep and 3-4 blocks wide moat, fill it with spike traps, make a wee wall around it, combination of block/railing/block works well so you can shoot those pesky bastards. Also, up to my surprise, knife is damn good weapon with knife perks, massive stealth attack damage + if you stab them in head, it's mostly one-hit kill, just get the timing right.

  2. Day 7 zambies will pick the weakest and most effective part of your base to get to you 😝. Amount is based on your level and last an hour or two or right till morning. Have fun with that 😂

  3. Zambies have civil engineering degrees and jackhammer hands, lol. They will always seek the path of least resistance (lowest number of block HP to break through) trying first to get UP to your level then across to you. They also have a short 'destroy any nearby block' enrage if they take fall damage. They love to climb ladders, but they can only jump one block high so taking out the bottom two rungs can change their pathing. More zambies, and tougher zambies come each horde night, multiplied by your level, number of days since you last died, and the biome you are in, etc. Much more fun on the horizon! Doing good so far, so keep at it please.
