I really can't walk that far due to an old injury. I can enjoy life but have no car or bus pass. I believe I have been brought to my soul fzmily, in that I rent a room in a house. My landlord and I went to high school together, I was divinely guided to this house and see huge positive attitude changes in her. I owe gratitude because she takes such good care of me and she is now taking bigger steps to help herself! Thanks for letting me the fruits of my labor… I love her even if she thinks I'm slightly crazy for the things I talk about! 🛸💞 Thank you all Earth Angels and GFL! 💕

When I meditate, I close my eyes, call upon my Holy Christ Self and express my intent to take the great silence. I call upon my Team Spirit for protection and support while taking the experience. I enter into the great silence with normal breathing, usually lying dowm or in a sitting position Then I visualize myself floating in the air, ascending out of Earth and further up up up. The further I ascend myself up, the better …. to the Constellation … to the Local Universe and to the Super universe and up. While ascending, i visualize myself talking to my Holy Christ Self and having been melded with my Hifher Self, we talk to Father-Mother God … to Christ. Afterwhich, I visualize myself descending back to Earth, back to my physical body. I thank my Team Spirit and Holy Christ Self for the experience. Others may have followed a certain procedure. What is important is that I am able to constructively visualize myself doing the journey with some members of my Team Spirit. When I was a child, it was easier for me to do meditation. I did not know about having a Higher Self and Team Spirit I just imagine things. As I learn to use toothpaste, I did not know then that the f-component of the toothpaste had calcified my pinial gland. Upon realizing this, I now use baking soda mixed with virgin coconut oil, with less tooth paste. My ability to imagine has returned. Discover your own technique of visiting the Throne Room of your Higher Self. You can even do it by your intent. Sending love and light!
